The heart behind Lucky Jones

After decades in law enforcement, the founder retired ready to take a chance on luck, freedom, and a new path. A graduate of CHIC—the Culinary Hospitality Institute of Chicago—he brings professional culinary training and the same spirit of service that shaped his career to every Lucky Jones experience.

He has spent his life helping others and leading with passion. This next chapter is rooted in the people he loves most: his beautiful wife and their four children, Cayden, Jayce, Austin, and Brendan. They are the heart behind his bold bet on good food, good fortune, and doing life on your own terms.
